The guys at GNC got me good a few years back when it was sold there.

Cytodyne Methoxy Pro - that was the worst tasting protein I had ever tasted and it was over-hyped and way too expensive back then. And in recent history I would say Revamp from Southland Performance, I bought 2 bottles used one during my stim break and ran the other while on stims and noticed absolutely nothing positive from it.

Mp amino 1- 2 flavors. Both tasted terrible.
Ultimate flurry cookie flavored protein. Horrible taste and thick thick thick. Chocolate (m+m) was just as bad.
Ergogenix zma. No effect.
Gaspari superpump max. Arctic ice flavor. Tastes like buttered crackers."get your mouth guard out cause I am going in deeeep and dry"

Not a CL fanboy by any means...still whats wrong with Green Mag? Its got magnesium one of the few if not the only vitamin/mineral that is genuinely hard to get enough of through food (athletes should take .4-.6 mg per kg a day of mag from what I've read so I need 6-800 mg...very hard to get through food) and creatine along with betaine which has a lot of benefits. I just take those things separately and save money but nothing in there is bunk. You must have just had unrealistic expectations tbh

The Blueprint.
I thought I was doing the smart thing by investing in a program rather than a magical pill.
Bizarre purchasing process wherein all you get after paying is an overview guide, and then you get this advice about the rest of it:
.... will only be obtained after you answer a few questions I'll be asking. You'll be asking those questions after you register in our online forums, where your IP address will be captured and these gems will only be distributed after a PM exchange between you and I...

Back in the day I used ProLab's N-Large 2...I wasn't familiar with proper nutrition and it resulted in me putting on about 15lbs in 2months. Needless to say, I had to go on a cut for about 3months to get rid of the fat. IMO, any weight gainer should be on this list because they are utterly useless. If only I had known the things I know now when I was in my late teens, early 20's.

LOL, bought the same NO2 product about 8-10yrs ago...I will say that I did get a pump from this, but it only lasted about 1-2hrs after my workout. I was in college at the time and it did make me look swole if I lifted before hitting up our frat parties, so I don't exactly regret the purchase lol. But overall, a pointless supplement.

absolutely everything when i first started to xtend and jack3d. Its all garbage srs. All you need is a coffee or caffeine pill if you need energy (hence the word NEED, not just to feed an addiction like 90% of people that think they need it just to get up in the morning).
So yeah, Creatine, whey were good.
Caffeine and ephedrine were nice when needed for short periods.
All the rest is garbage. The only thing worth doing apart from those would be real hormones, which i have yet to experiment with or decided if I even want to.
