And second, I don't care what you're having for dinner, your ugly pets, your doctors appointment, your plethora of ailments, or what time you will arrive at your destination. Stop acting like your cell phone is some revolutionary device and that you're important.
I can't get on a train or walk into a single office without hearing someone yakking endlessly about their pathetic existence. Does anybody just not talk for more than 5 minutes? Your conversation is pathetic, your English (or whatever) is bad, and your voice is shrill. Practice some introspection on your wanton life and stop talking to much!

Too funny.
I almost never actually talk on my "phone"; I text, e-mail, surf my forums. I never answer incoming calls unless they are from family.
Lisa and I were in a store today and it was pretty quiet; we were the only customers in there. Some hag walks in and stands there in the open doorway literally yelling to someone on her phone.
"I'M HERE! I CAN SEE YOU!!!!!! COME HERE!!!!!!! I'M RIGHT NEXT TO TWO FOR ONE!!!!!!! COME OVER HERE!!!!! NOW!!!!!
I was thinking to myself "seriously STFU you cow; couldn't you have done that outside the store???"Insta: flexjs

Let me guess, the shoe fits?
Look around bright eyes. Is the world a wonderful place with peace and contentment? Is it a place where people think about others around them? We're going to hell in a hand basket and you want us to ignore that and all sing Don't Worry, Be Happy? Really? No wonder we're in the state we're in.
Cell phone etiquette goes to good manners, and good manners goes to respect for others. I have two cell phones, and to date, no one has ever overheard my conversation broadcast to the world. That's the difference between people like you and those of us that were raised with good manners. We don't put our business in the streets.
Fifty thousand years without cell phones and suddenly we can't get through a single day without them? The worst part is your conversations are all infantile. Talk just for the sake of taking. Has anyone ever overheard a conversation about society, or humanity, the state of mankind, what your purpose is in the world, and what you can do to make it better? NO! Its all Justin Bieber and the latest Twilight episode. And stop defending wrong. Instead, grow up and use your phone to do something to fix the world or you life is meaningless. I call my City Hall every day. What about you?🎥

I'm looking around, and my world is pretty nice.

Because it doesn't work that way. The worst part of what you just said is that you most like don't even realize how selfish that is. If I saw a group of hooligans beating the crap out of you not only would I try to help you, I'd probably risk my own life doing so.
Recall the old adage, No man is an island? You can't just walk around thinking we're just all individuals onto ourselves. What one of us does can effect all of us. For example, if I coughed in your face without covering my mouth or apologizing how would that make you feel? Um, I just say use you indoor voice.Last edited by KRANE; 12-02-2012 at 04:26 PM.

While the rest of society vegetates in aimless cell phone oblivion, I use it for something productive. It takes effort, but they eventually come around. To those lucky enough to live in my city I say...you're welcome. Think again. In fact, most of those around me don't even know that a bit of solitude is one of my greatest wishes. It takes less than 15 minutes to make those call. A lot less time than you spend talking to Susie.
If I'm lonely its from lack of stimulating conversation. Got any? I'm versed on a variety of subjects. I can even talk about the latest teen film albeit from a financial perspective. If not a small amount of cinematography.Last edited by KRANE; 12-02-2012 at 04:39 PM.

Look Krane, you are not the etiquette police. Cell Phones are a part of our culture. Deal with it.
Now, if you are close enough to me, and cough in my face (on purpose), I would punch you in the throat. If it was an accident, well, that happens. I am not saying I'd like it, but sht happens. If you poke a bear in the eye, expect a bear like response.

Because he prefers to be just as petty as those he complains about. OP, you're just more annoying static in the back ground.
Krane, are you so insecure that you think everyone is out to offend you, or so self centered to think everyone should cater to you?
.... or are you just that f*cking clueless?

Boy are you a bad judge of character. I conquered insecurity a very long time ago. Need help? On the contrary, it's the path to enlightenment. If you're not worried about the person next to you, you're selfish. If you don't practice what you preach, you're a hypocrite. I ask only for what I give to others. YOU?
