I go to sleep every night at the 180 mark and then when i first wake up in the morning im only 175 but then im back up to 180 again by the afternoon. Also when I eat a meal before I go to bed I ussually weigh lets say 176 in the morning. So my question is what kind of weight is this? Is it water weight, fat, muscle, or just the food Ive been eating being digested? Also is there any foods I could eat before bed that will help me maintain the weight with minimal fat gain? Thanks

I say drink a protein shake with glutamine before bedtime. Casein protein is better because it is slow-digesting protein which lasts up to 7 hours. so you won't have to worry about losing weight while dreaming!

Any corrections will be appreciated.

Yeah, its food and water. Take a picture of yourself flexing first thing in the morning and take one in the evening. It's cool.

No youll digest the protein and sweat out the water. So youll still loose the same amount of weight. We all loose weight over night because we sweat, you wouldnt believe the amount of sweat we loose over night, dont worry about it and try and get a heavy as you can before bed, to compensate for the losses over night.
