What's up guys. I just got back from the gym a little bit ago and had a great workout. I was surprised seeing as I'm 6 days into the prep phase of CBL, figured I might be a little weak with my deadlift today but I set a PR @ 320x5.
Let's get to the workout and cut out the formality
11/7/12
Squat
120x5
150x5
180x5
180x5
OHP
80x5
90x5
110x5
120x5
Dead lift
200x5
240x5
280x5
320x5PR
So what I noticed in the vid with my deadlifts is I didn't sink my hips as low as I wanted to. On the flip side though my pulls felt strong, stronger than last week. I was really surprised and definitely happy. Overall it was a great workout and now it's off to play some Halo 4 .

No retard mode for me lol. I definitely can't wait till I can smash back some carbs. I will say this. I don't know how much weight total i've lost (will weigh in on the 10th day) but I feel i'm looking a bit leaner, specifically my upper body. I don't know if it's just me seeing it in the mirror but it just feels like I leaned out a little bit. I guess this is to be expected when you eliminate carbs seeing as they hold on to water.
