    What's a good workout plan

I tried coming up with my own training program and I think it's just better to go on a tried and true method of training.

I'm able to be in the gym 4 days each week and mainly want to focus on building strength.

My bench press for 5 reps is at 105lbs now and I want to reach 135 by January.

    I train
    Sundays...Tuesdays....Thursdays....and fridays

So what type of routine would be best for strength building (exercises and rep ranges/sets as well )

I've been training for less than a year but in a very sub-optimal way and only seriously lifting for maybe 6months.

    Thanks everyone.
    Start/Current/Goal (October 2013)

    Weight: 128/135/180
    Bench: 45/100/185 (5 reps)
Deadlift: 0/135/225 (These are my normal working sets with 8 reps)
    Rows: 30/65/95 (sets of 8)
DB Shoulder Press: 20/35/60 (sets of 8)

Starting Strength, look it up on the forums, theres plenty of threads about it, read up and then ask questions about it if you don't fully understand what to do
