Hey everyone, hope Sunday is treating you well. I don't know about you but Sunday marks my weigh in day. I hit a snag it looks like and went up 0.7 pounds. Pretty defeated about it. Doesn't sound like much but when you feel you are trying with your full heart into something you do expect high standards of results. So it is a day of self reflection and adjustment. My bad for not posting, havent been home lately. Grandma got diagnosed with cancer and she isnt gonna be with us much longer. still been hittin the gym hard.

sorry to hear about grandma i hope your getting plenty of opportunity to spend time with her. Good job keeping up with the workouts.

Happy Sunday OBF family im having a great rest day!! spent the morning serving chili to rowers at the Rock River Regatta. i have a 5 mile run scheduled for tomorrow, to be honest im not looking forward to it, im starting to feel a lil burned out. cant wait for my race in two weeks then i cant cut back on the workouts, until then i have the next 16hours to rest up and get psyched for another week of training. i hope everyone else is doing well

The scale is liar sometimes bro. Just ask the mirror what it thinks. Either way its some extra motivation but what ive seen of your log you are doing great.

Down to 102kg and on target to be 100kg by end of October. Then ill have to judge weather to keep cutting some more or do a recomp. Think ill have to get down to 95 tho b4 i look shredded.

Nice prize list!

Had my carb load day yesterday, it was awesome. Started off with a out 40 pieces of sushi. Then went home and made a box of pasta and had to separate meals of pasta with ground turkey with Alfredo sauce. Later wen out to watch UFC 153 and ate a foot long sub, afterwards came home and ate an entire box of cocoa pebbles with a half a gallon of skim milk. Oh yeah I may have had a few cookies here and there.

Now it's back to keto for the next 13 days.

Well I had a pretty uneventful weekend, lots of cleaning and football watching. Had some bad food lapses but nothing I can't bounce back from.

Today I finally managed to wake up at 5am and get some exercise in before walking to work (double win morning). I had a healthy breakfast (.. spinach, kiwi, and flaxseed smoothie haha) followed by a protein energy drink when I got to work (XAPP, if anyone's never heard of them). Lunch time now and I am STARVING!

Tonights mission is to hit the weights and do some cardio afterwards. Hopefully I walk home after work as well but I may just be too tired or the weather could turn bad by then.

I'm having a ball with this transformation contest. Whenever I have a moment of being lazy or temptation to eat bad...I think of how bad I want to beat all of you and I'm snatched back on track. LOL!

Switched up my chest, shoulder, tri workout & finally was feeling the DOMs for a few days.

I think my body adapted to the exercises I was doing.
Not that i'm looking to build muscle, however if i'm not sore for a few days I don't feel like I was working it hard enough.

Not much happened in the weekend, started eating at +50kcal for this week, will up calories to +250 next week and keep them at that until I start stalling

Weighed in at 147.4, plan is to bulk til I hit 160-165 so I'll most likely join team bulk for the rest of the competition

Yeah i hear you on the body adapting. I just finished 30 weeks on All Pro's routine and hadn't felt any DOMS since the start of it. I ran 5 x 50 yard sprints the other day and wow really felt that in my legs plus the skullcrushers hit the tri's hard. My guess is the old body will soon adapt yet again. lol
