Pretty much workout 7 days a week.. cardio and lifting. I really don't have a set schedule, I just workout whatever isn't sore that day usually haha. Thanks for the compliments bro!
Hmm, diet was very sporadic when I was bulking so I really don't have an average but definately probably 3.5k+ most days... Thanks bro!
Thanks to everyone else for the compliments too! you guys are awesome.
Sooo guys it's been about a month since these pics... here I am now at 185ish...
sorry still bad quality lol... will take good pics eventually!

Damn bro! Good work! Good job ripping up em muscle fibers and repairing them I usually do 1 day on, 1 day off, but i may follow your advice and work out if i don't feel sore on that part, haha!
I pretty much just get trained...not too too sore *after the first week starting this all pros routine* hm...

Thanks man! Your looking lean too! This is probably the longest i've cut since i've started lifting. I feel so light lol
Thanks brah, will do. You look great too btw
Thank you sir.
Haha thanks bro, just did some chest td
Been a long journey brah, thanks for the kind words.
Thanks brah, I think my body is just used to it now.. Anything I workout is usually not sore a day or 2 later.. However I do get good sleep and have been eating really clean and high protein.. I still take occasional days off when I feel like I need it. It's all about listening to your body brah. GL with your training!

Thanks, i keep lurking in the motivation forum...even made update posts...but im so discouraged because i feel like I'm never going to get on half of the peoples level on this forum...just gotta stay positive and hit it hard! But i usually just feel exhausted and kinda 'out of there' and a tad sore after training....i feel more focused too...it's weird.

It takes time brah, but just remember with good training and a good diet you could make HUGE progress in even a year. Did you just start lifting all together? Maybe save the 7 days a week until your body is a little more used to training brah and keep lurking that motivation forum!
Thanks brah, I think I still want to wait until i'm even leaner before I have someone take a bunch of mandatory pose pics of me..
