I haven't posted on here in well over a year but there seems like a decent community here so I thought I'd start a blog.
Hopefully I will be updating at least twice a week during term time and I intend to join my university's powerlifting club with an aim to compete in the varsity meet with Oxford. I am well aware that my lifts are nowhere near a decent competition standard but I look forward to the experience and will hopefully break some personal bests with the long term goal of achieving a 3/4/5.
I am currently running Madcows 5x5 but I intend to review this once I've received a bit of advice from experienced lifters at the club.
