    eggs for protien, yolk or no yolk.

    I am trying to add protien to my diet, seeing alot of bad stuff about egg yolks. do i remove or not worry about it.

    Otherwise, the yolk is where all the good stuff is at.

    Unless you have a legitimate reason for limiting dietary cholesterol (family history and/or have high cholesterol levels, you may be a hyper-responder), there is no reason to remove the yolks.
