I'm worryingly unaffected emotionally. Humor and anger seem to be my possibilities.

I also give very little ****s about women or others in general. Not to the point where I disregard their feelings, just I don't feel a need or desire to interact or have relationships with others. I generally don't even realize that a chick would be a good date, until a long time after it's too late. My social life is littered with wasted opportunities like this. feelsweirdman

I have more co-morbid mental disorders than I can deal with, Both my parents families are batsh!t crazy and have all kinds of eccentric personalities, which made me one fcked up kid.

These are what I have defiantly afaik, I have pretty much most of their symptoms, but then again there are a lot in common.

I have an IQ 140+, look pretty good and had hot girls approach me all my life, still a virgin and not a single gf because I can't act on it.

Grades have suffered all my life and barley made it through HS and College, had seizures when I was a kid from hyperactivity even got caught by parents having them but they just found it funny lol, other many fcked up sh!t I did that no one knows about that seems quite disturbing.

Me personally. Things are going much better than a year ago. Dealing with a break up right now and I know the ex is talking to her ex. So it messes with me mentally. Although I'm doing everything right.

I don't even want a relationship right now, but I live in a city where I swear everyone is in a relationship, so it does limit the avenues of who you can meet or the activities here. I just work in this city because it is a great company, but other than that the city kinda sucks.

I think dealing with the break up and not meeting anyone that I'm extremely interested in (yes picky) or is already in a relationship is discouraging me slightly and bringing a few insecurities out of me and have had me thinking of some missed opportunities in the past. Kinda wish I was like Thy..Mr Steal yo Girl.

Should've clarified; I love my family but beyond that not a single other person on earth. I don't know why, I just don't care that much.

I don't relate to ppl who miss their significant others, I'm pretty good at faking love with girls though.

Current gf is awesome, fun to be around, etc - I just don't love her and wouldn't affect my life if she left. Losing my wallet caused me more heartache than any girl. Prob best my ex left because I never wanted kids.

I sometimes wish I was less empathetic towards certain people, but I genuinely care about people. I have learned ways to guard myself though I guess.

Seriously though, do you feel that you have a character flaw by not being able to love? It sounds like society has caused you to stop believing in the concept of unconditional love for a significant other due to being on the misc, high divorce rates, possibly understanding women more than most people, etc if that makes sense.

Sounds like you're enjoying the new city, don't sweat the ex; you'll meet someone else soon and forget about her. I know it's cliche but it's true.

Not trying to play the jerk card but a woman in a relationship might be what you need: she'll only see you for sex and you guys can focus on your separate lives.
