OK so let's keep in mind that P has had 135 up a whole 3 times prior to this so P is still getting used to that there weight.
On the second round of 135 today it went down much slower than this. Makes me lulzlulzlulz.
My friends make me work.
And I'm not editing it so get over it.
No I am not wearing the same thing as yesterday.
Though close.

Hey P!! Yeah, awesome how you stuck with it. If I don't feel like I have it I ask for a spot pretty quick. You might want to work on some power stuff to get the weight out of the hole so to speak. DO you remember the lift to burn program that was going around a while ago? The power pushups and cgbp w/ throw on the smith might help you with that...
oh...yeah...Im still here In fact i read all the journals...I just don't have time to respond usually"All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

My friends darn near refuse to let me give up. I can say "take it" and they won't unless it's on my chest and I'm flailing
Thanks Dubs! I am liking the leggers more and more each week. I prettymuch just flex the quads all day long.
I do remember those! I was not very good at the push-ups but the Smith throw was fun. Thanks!!
Honestly the second and third attempts were better but still not "powerful". It's like that first one I completely forgot what that weight felt like.

Way to stick it out and get that rep, but damn dude be careful, doing reps like that all the time will get you hurt. Get those elbows tucked in too! You haven't been maxing EVERY bench session riiiight? You have a good idea of your max strength, I'd suggest picking a weight you could do 4-6 reps for several sets and banging that out. Max again in 6 weeks and see where ya get. Gotta give you an A for effort though, really toughed it out.

I've done 135 3 weeks in a row. Please don't say anything bad about my friends...they, of course, love me and want to see me get stronger.
But y'all know I take that constructive criticism stuff and Hammerz you said that before and then we threw on 135 a few weeks ago and I got it so maybe we got excited. My Journal

I'ma try this next time!
I have to admit, it did amaze me and crack me up that Hammie actually lives in Strongsville. What came first, the chicken or the egg? Was half the reason you bought your house there because the town name was just right or did you live there first and it subliminally worked its way into your consciousness till you just HAD to start powerlifting like a mofo in your basement?
I knew P's name too. She's let it slip before.
