Be careful with creatine. If you don't cycle it properly, your legs will fall off.

Your liver produces a lot of creatine, a 160lb man will have about 120g of creatine stored in his body. You taking in an extra 3-5g per day will not do anything but give you more energy, and more water retention in your muscles.
