Back day
Started things a bit differently today...
1st excercise- seated cable rows wide grip...really trying to open up my lats and get blow flowing in before i start hitting it hard with other excercises.

2nd excercise- bent over rows reverse grip, palms facing my way.

How I'm doing it!
Days 1 + 5
1. Barbell Hang Cleans
2. Barbell Bent Over Rows
3. Dumbbell Bench Press
4. One Arm Dumbbell Row
5. High Incline Dumbbell Chest Press
6. Barbell Bicep Curls
7. Skull crushers
8. Reverse Lunges
9. Forward Lunges
10. Hanging Leg Raises
11. Pike Crunch
2 sets, 4-6 reps, 1-2 min rest
Days 1 + 3 + 5
20 seconds of Squats
(as fast as possible) 20 reps
20 seconds of Lunge jumps
(land as quickly as possible) 10-12 reps
20 seconds of Isometric Squat Holds
(pause at the bottom)
Day 3
1. Barbell Deadlift
2. Dumbbell Bench Press
3. Barbell Front Squat
4. Double Arm Dumbbell Bent Over Row
5. Barbell High Pull
6. Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
7. Pull-ups
8. Weighted decline bench crunch
9. Reverse crunch with med ball
2 sets of each exercise, 12-15 reps, 1-2 minutes rest
20 minutes of steady-state cardio either jogging or biking
Days 2 + 4
No strength training
10 sets of 10 200m sprints
resting 1-2 min
1-2 mile easy to moderate pace jog
I'll be taking the beta-cret preworkout, 1-1.5 scoops, and the glutatren intra workout! I'll post my first few pretty soon Any thoughts?Current Log Capsiblast!

Hack Squat
1 platex 30 reps
2 platesx 20 reps

3 plates and 2 10'sx6 reps
Leg press
5 platesx 25 reps
6 platesx 20 reps
7 platesx 15 reps
8 platesx 10 reps
BW lunges 40 strides (20 per leg) for 3 sets
good workout, felt strong and really felt the muscles working

1st round of beta-cret pineapple + 2nd time using gluta-tren
Took it with 6 oz of water, might be a bit too much water but definitely not a bad tasting preworkout. 20 minutes later, I'm at the gym and things feel a lot better!
Since it was a saturday, and I'm not suppose to lift on saturdays, I decided to just take it light and prepare my body for the program starting monday. Here are my numbers:
1. Barbell Hang Cleans
6x75; 6x75
2. Barbell Bent Over Rows
10x50; 10x60
3. Dumbbell Bench Press
6x35; 6x40
4. One Arm Dumbbell Row
6x40; 6x40
5. High Incline Dumbbell Chest Press
6x35; 6x35
6. Barbell Bicep Curls
6x45; 6x45
7. Skull crushers
6x45; 6x45
8. Reverse Lunges
10x20; 10x20
9. Forward Lunges
10x20; 10x20 (My quads and hammies are killing me as i type)

Today I took beta cret and gluta-tren together and started sipping it 15 min before my "workout", but unfortunately, I finished the whole thing because it tasted so good.... Seriously this stuff tastes too good, and even better together!
Monday's I'm usually unable to lift because of Basketball but let me tell you something.
The past 2 days, my quads, hammies and lower body has been just taxing my movement. I thought it would be impossible to run the court at full capacity, but boy was I wrong. Never had so much energy, literally, I ran every break and was just hopping everywhere. Are NCAA athletes allowed to take gluta-tren and beta-cret???? Seriously, that good
Well thats it, had some awesome cardio and I'm getting closer to improving my sport performance
