diaper trashcan slams... lol
I cringed hard for you when I read this yesterday and I meant to write to you but I ended up having an accident of my own involving my ankle. :/ I slept on the livingroom floor last night and I spent 40 minutes trying to make a simple omelette and coffee this morning, lol. I'm having trouble getting around but I should be able to get someone to take me to a doctor later today or tomorrow.
I'm glad you were able to get back into the gym but take it easy out there, and try to avoid making anymore cheesecake until you're out of the funk!
Update: There's a lot of swelling, I've got an air cast on my left foot and I'm on crutches for a little bit, but the radiologist didn't see any fractures in my foot or ankle. If I don't see any improvement in a week, however, I'll have to see an orthopedist.

I've just started a more hardcore workout that I made for myself, this is my third day.
Sweet jesus my legs! Getting up out of my chair at work is a major operation where I have to use my arms to lift my body as high as I can, before I get engage my legs to get out of my chair.
And lifting my arms above my head is no mean feat either.
So sore.Last edited by Thewix; 06-20-2012 at 08:46 AM.

129.5 for Friday's weigh in for my Challenge with my friends. That's 5.5 pounds for the month so far. I can smell the money! But really, I can FINALLY smell my goal weight of 120--that's been a long time coming. lol

Went home on the west coast to attend to a family emergency...been a long couple of days for me.
I put the BBing on hold up until now, and let me be the first to say: I wrecked the diet pretty badly the past few days! All you can eat asian restaurant TWICE, a lot of greasy Chinese take out, McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts, ice cream (Drumsticks anyone?), candy, you name it. I can see now why I was pretty fat before...ha ha...
What's impressive is that I had just yesterday to get back on track, and this morning I weighed in at 158.6 lbs before a back and biceps workout. I was expecting a lot more damage to my body but I guess it had other plans. I'll probably be way up by next Tuesday however. We'll see.

Awesome on the green crew! I want a piece of that one day. Rewards? Only the everloving good feeling about finally seeing the 120-somethings again. I plan to stay here for a month or two. Maybe dip into the One-teens, perhaps?
Hope it's all okay by now.Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"

14% or so?
Weight is the same today despite eating 3k cals, drinking 3 beers and having a sodium laden dinner. Today, I finally have a baby sitter so I can go get a workout in the gym. Thinking of doing a full body workout.
Squats, Leg presses, calves
Deadlifts, T-bar rows, chinups
Incline Bench, dips, db bench
4 sets of each.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

well my body bugg replacement still isnt here yet but ive really been not caring about my eating over say the last month and probably put on 4 pounds (up to 150 probably). Any way im putting my foot down and dieting until I like what I see starting tomorrow. Im done with the darn dairy queen flamethrower combo and ben and jerrys ice cream. Ill have to start making my own version of the flame thrower and buy greek yogurt ice cream or something instead of ben and jerrys. 1200 or more calories for a pint of ice cream is ridiculous.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.
