Apologies to everyone, this thread was up before but then mysteriously vanished! But here we go again.
We are looking for 4 lucky loggers to get their swole on with our potent preworkout Swollen!
- One may say "I am ever so interested in this Swollen you speak of but, how do I obtain it?"
Welppp glad you asked. Just apply here, and here is how:
1) Post up a video of you doing an excercise/workout/atheltic feat to your max. Whether this be squatting till you drop, as many pull ups as possible, fastest mile, etc. etc. With that video post answers to a few questions. - What type of lifting do you do? How long have you been lifting? What are your long and short term goals with your training? Do you compete in sports/meets/shows, if so what, how often, & explain? How many days a week do you lift? And anything else you may want to add to make us think you are right to be selected.
2) Wait patiently and show some support in this promo for users to be selected. Patience because of the short notice to go and make a specific type of video so we need time for people to see this, get an idea, and follow through.
3) When selected, create a log and post this video early on. Then you will run the course with our product and at the end of the log we want you to go and attempt to do the same exact thing but better. If you squated 25 reps for 135 lbs, at the end of your log squat 135 lbs and try to beat 25 reps. Post a final review in the log, in the product review section & the bodybuilding.com store.
AND THATS IT!
Simple yes? So come on in, apply, get selected, workout and grow with Nutrabolics! If you have any questions, as always my PM box is open as well as feel free to ask away here! And dont worry, their will some extra goodies =).
P.S. This is my first promotion so I hope you all like it and if we get enough applications expect many more !!

I believe we have our first app =p mind just answering some of the questions we posed up in the original post to finalize it! And great set man. Like that you knew the last rep was going to be hard and made sure to get a good breath in prior to hitting it. Most would rush into it and run out of gas. Nice.

Nothing impressive, but here we go..
120lb Chest Press w/dumbbells, 11 Reps.
What type of lifting do you do? Full-body strength training. I am currently bulking.
How long have you been lifting? Been going strong for about 9 months.
What are your long and short term goals with your training? My current short term goal is to lose 2% body fat this summer while maintaining weight and my long term goals are to compete as a bodybuilder.
How many days a week do you lift?
4 or 5, depending on the week
I haven't been lifting long but I am dedicated, I eat right and lift daily. I want to start logging and reviewing products and this is a great chance and a great product.Last edited by UltraForm; 06-07-2012 at 08:41 PM.

Thanks man, i did lots and lots of research to learn that lol. Here is those questions that i forgot to answer (My bad haha)
What type of lifting do you do?
Strength training, i am on a clean bulk phase right now in my workout regiment.
How long have you been lifting?
2 years approximately
What are your long and short term goals with your training?
My first goal i have is to be weighing 180-185 lbs and be benching 3 plates for a max (315lb)
Do you compete in sports/meets/shows, if so what, how often, & explain?
No i do not compete, i played sports in high school but i am in college now and all my lifting i do is purely from self dedication. I would like to compete in a event some time but in order to do that i still need to gain A LOT more muscle... Some of the people in my weight class bench 315 or more already .
How many days a week do you lift?
I lift 5 days a week.
Mon: Chest + Tri's (Heavy day)
Tue: Back + Bic's
Wed: Legs + Ab's
Thur: Chest + Tri's (Light day)
Fri: Shoulders + Bic's
Sat+ Sun: Off ( Sometimes do some optional cardio or abs if i am bored.... usually do abs atleast twice a week.)
And anything else you may want to add to make us think you are right to be selected.Free Agent

Training-wise, its about volume and intensity. Lifting more weight, doing more reps with it, resting less between sets, introducing new angles of training with unique exercises, but the common denominator for me is increasing intensity somehow. I do feel that you have to watch your CNS, and there are definitely times to back it down, we are human after all, BUT I think people have an irrational fear of overtraining. One other thing I want to mention is that over the years, the thing that really changed, is my knowledge of exercises. I'll give you an example…my back used to suck..it was a joke. I deadlifted and barbell rowed my ass off, but just couldn't get my back to look good. When I began to get more creative, and try new, sometimes strange exercises, it started growing. Eventually my back became a very good bodypart.
Sunday- BIG back day
Monday- Chest/Light Biceps
Tues- Off
Wed-Legs
Thurs-Arms
Fri-Off
Sat- Shoulders/Light Triceps
I have been lifting seriously for about four years now but have been actively involved with sports my entire life.
Right now, I am 16 weeks out from my next show. Then I will look to take the next year off to focus on moving up a weight class. When I set a goal, I HIT the goal at full force; I proved that. I do not steer from a plan. I am a leader. I stick my dieting, training, and etc.
