I've been a little scared to bulk lately, as I can't seem to get out of my head that gaining weight is a bad thing (history of eating disorders). Lately I've been hearing from some people that I should gain weight, but I feel more like I should lose weight, I just feel so uncomfortable weighing this much. I was just wondering if I could get some kind of body fat percentage estimate so I know if I'm still just being way too harsh on my body...these are the best pictures I could get with my phone. I know I have little muscle, I'm just worried about the fat

You are being way too harsh on yourself. And you still have some issues to work out if you are scared to gain weight and think there is something wrong with the way you look. We can not offer you any advice other than to still seek professional help to overcome the body image issues.

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.
