try doing cardio in the morning when you wake up or after your lifting session. Should melt the fat off of you. I feel like something isnt right or you aren't tracking your calories properly

went from 200mg DNP up to 600mg to whoever was wondering.
@ gumba: I have literally cal counted and starved myself, and i have always had a low metabolism. I am not very active granted, not much more than sedentary most of the time yet i should still be at the very least 2400-2500 for my size as a maintenance. During my cuts ive eaten 1500-2000 everyday(srs). And i could post my food log everyday for 8 months..
ive down to 1500 cals... if i go any lower ill be risking mass loss for sure. I started cutting at 2400 cals on IF to some results(like 20% bf), and went all the way down to 1500

My LBM is 175 and I'm cutting at 1500. If you aren't losing at your current cals, they're too high.
Calculate your protein and fat intake from .8g x LBM and .4g x BW respectively and add in carbs for filler.
Just seems like you're overestimating your activity level, that's all.
Never use cardio to achieve a calorie deficit. Cardio should be used as a supplement to a dietary calorie deficit.S&P

ive done tren. works decently well but it killed my hairline, will not touch that or gear ever again IMO.
heres an example of diet. I dont have a structured diet, just structured macros.
So right now id aim for
1500 cals, 220g protein, 100g carbs, only about 30g fat
i know youll suggest to lower carbs to like 0-50 and fill in with fat but ive been taking the IFFYM approach and focusing on the cals. Eating the carbs allows me to hit such a low cal.... let me know what you think.
foods are:
egg whites, broc, chicken breast, whey, blueberries, cheese, bananas, milk(sometimes), PB 2.0, and a couple slices of bread.
if you can suggest a structured diet for me or something thatd be great, have done it in the past.. but now i just focus on a macros to hit as its more flexible.

I know that feel, it blows my mind sometimes.
I have even went down to 1700cals/day some times and it seemed like my body adjusted and made that my maintenance. I only see weight loss @ 1200ish cals/day (srs).
My body is fighting hard to keep the fat.
edit: 1200cals + 500mg dnpThe above post is a 100% complete lie

Considering DNP is supposed to be one of the best possible fat burners there is, and you still aren't losing, you're phucked OP.
notsrs, but since you're already going down that road try Clen maybe?

Too much protein, too many carbs, not nearly enough fat. Adjust macros accordingly, use carbs as filler, and you'll see progress.
Eat the yolks, get rid of the bread, eat more fiber (black beans, green beans, baby spinach), throw some top round steak in there.
My normal day is as follows...
2PM: 6 whole eggs (5 if XL - just depends what's on sale), 28g feta cheese, 1 Tbsp macadamia nut oil, sauteed baby spinach leaves
5PM: enough chicken breasts/top round to meet rest of protein/fat needs, black beans/green beans, guacamole (if eating CB)
Post-workout: 1 scoop of Muscle Milk
10PM: 2 scoops of 2% cottage cheese
I get most of the stuff at Costco.S&P

stop eating altogether bro, let's see how long you can go. you will gain muscle back in no time.
im in your similar situation and this is where i'm slowly going to, as intermittent fasting is giving me result, but as soon as I fukk up, fat comes back on love handles and belly like nothing ever happened, I know I'm 39 and been skinny fat until the age of 35, so I know that I just have to never don't give up bro

You have to learn how your body reacts to certain foods and exercise. For me I eat small meals, try to keep it simple. Drink mostly water. High intensity workouts to get the blood flowing, and when you can't do anymore? You do more.

1) You're miscalculating calories. Are you weighing everything you put in your mouth?
2) Your hormonal profile is severely damaged. See a doctor.
