I was expecting a severe cheat day/meal today as we were going to a beach BBQ/potluck. Two huge tables full of.the following:
About 10 bags of every type of chip you can imagine
Potato salad
Cole slaw
Pasta salad
5 layer dip
Cheesecake(homemade)
Apple pie(homemade)
Banana cream pie(homemade)
Ranch dressing
Sliced cheese
Soda
Hawaiian punch
tons of beer
Various candy/chocolate
I stuck.to my plan of grilling to avoid the trips to the table. I ended up eating 2 hot dogs and 2 medium pieces of carne Asada. My desert was chopped fruit and I drank only water. I was virtually not hungry because grilling was work and I was chugging water the whole time.
Its also a constant reminder to see a few ripped dudes walking around to make you not want to.stuffyour face. Also saw this dude doing situps where he's laying down while throwing a.soccer ball to someone while.coming up.
The bit of activity I did get was walking/chasing my daughter for about an hour in the sand.

Morning.. Slept like absolute crap last night and only had 4-5 hours total of sleep. Up .4 today. I do have a drop coming. Just have to be patient. Have a workout date planned this AM with the girl I met last weekend. Then we're going to hang out and see what's up. I may actually go running/jogging. LOL.

ok. it's like 85 degree's. grabbing some lunch then going to work on my tan.
while I load 60lbs bags of cement into my mixer & set posts for my deck.
It's supposed to downpour later & since I have no clue how long this will take so I only bought 12 bags for now.
Home depot is 5 mins away so I can just go grab more.
I really don't want to have to scramble tossing 60 lb bags on my back porch in case it does rain.

DONE!
It hit 90 and a few but it wasn't so bad.
Once heat-stroke set in the time just flew by.
28 60lb bags of cement in total.
What I did on my memorial day weekend.
I still feel like I look like crap with my saggy chest & belly.
I'm wondering if trying to drop 5 more lbs will even make a difference.
As long as I can wear my shorts (which I pretty much can)
i'm wondering if eating more & re-comping & trying to add some chest muscle is the way to go.
Oh and prog pic. (might as well).

Nitrogenwidget, I don't think you look like crap. Whether you drop 5 pounds now or start a bulk now, you'll definitely need to bulk out some. I have a feeling once you do, you're going to look MMA strong. <drools>
BTW that's a lot of bags of concrete to work with! Can't wait to see the finished product!

I feel so unmotivated. I have to do my 5th week heavy day for All pro and haven't done it yet. I usually workout at my work's fitness center but because of Memorial day I'm at home, no to mention my garage is so full of crap I hardly have any room to move weights. Ugh. And this weekend was not good diet-wise. I know I'll weigh in tomorrow way over last week. Maybe I should just start on my bulk.

Stick with it. I was feeling the same a couple of weeks ago - was done with this cut. But I know that I need to push just a little more to reach my goal and that I'd be bummed out with myself if I got so close but didn't follow it through to the end.
Redoubled my cardio efforts this last week and really nailed my diet. 161lb again this morning and feel confident I can do 2lb a week for just a few more weeks!

Yeah, my bench is weak. I need some mass on my chest. If i keep busting butt outside like I am now all summer I really don't see myself lifting all that much until fall.
I've got a small pile of foundation stones to hid under the deck i'm building. LOL!
Then I need to put in a new lawn & fence.
Next house I buy is not going to be fixer upper.
I was just at my sisters, her BF is a skinny ass that does landscaping & drinks a lot.
Kinda buzzed.
Best part of today, my sister shocked her pool yesterday.
Holy chemical bath bat-man. no shower needed.

Incredibly sore and I think I overdid it this week. Tuesday Wednesday Thursday were all swimming days, Friday was Chest and Tris, Saturday Back and Biceps, Sunday played 5 games of pick up bball, today Legs and Shoulders.
I'm going to give myself one to two days of good old recovery. I'll weigh in tomorrow.

My wifi is being so damn flaky. Think I may need a new router.
So I got off my lazy a$$ and busted through my workout. I usually train fasted but today I was stuffed with a 1/2 lb home made burger and Doritos. I'm still full. I also had a new beverage we make called Margaritaville spiked tea. It's rather refreshing but I'm sure it's full of sugar and it's 5.5% abv. I did not look up its calorie content.
Working for a beer company, I get free cases of beer each month. Besides the spiked tea, I picked up cases of shock top lemon shanty, Becks premium light and mic ultra in aluminum bottles. (I'm stocking up for my next party, lol)
