Aiming to put on 1lbs per week. Please tell me that I've layed my macros out correctly and should aim around these. If not please advise me in the right direction, I know if I'm gaining to little or to much to alternate 250kcal either way depending on which way I'm going.

Ok so recalculated with fats at .60/lb bw
PROTEIN - 170g X 4(cal) = 680(cal) 3500 - 680 = 2820(cal)
FATS - 170g x 0.6(cal) = 102, 102 x 9 = 918(cal) 2820 - 918 = 1902(cal)
CARBS - 1902(cal) / 4(cal) = 475.5(cal)
MACROS
PROTEIN = 170G
CARBS = 475.5g
FATS = 102G
170 X 4 = 680cal
475.5 X 4 = 1902cal
102 X 9 = 918cal
Total(cal): 3500Ex-Fatty
