srs search thread from 5 years ago, you got nut brahs spewing bro science like GI, pwo shake, eating clean, 6 meals, etc.. even high rep power brahs posting stuff here now
My guess is 10 years IFFYM is king.. eventually they will find eating processed foods has minimal impact as opposed to eating all whole foods as long as calories and macros are in check. It is to my knowledge this is not a 100% conclusive area and there is limited study.
Now a statement like "eating veggies and fruit with minimally processed foods to be healthiest and protect against long term deficiency's" sounds like common sense.. but seriously didn't "eating clean" and taking "protein immediately after your workout" seem like common sense a few years ago before you were awared?

That IIFYM is a lie....not srs. But I imagine only minor stuff like health benefits of certain foods, nothing too ground breaking.
