hey guys, yesterday i took a off day to go to bible school and help out with the kids. im still taking 3 a day and i think i have today and tommorow left...sniff...sniff........anyway stay posted as i will be hitting it very hard today and tommorow.

alright guys deff had a hard shoulder workout yesterday

Behind the neck shoulder press standing
125x5
125x5

125x6 Im trying to get some strengh increases here so im doing 5x5 on these

Arnold presses
45x15
50x10
55x7
60x4

crucifix,lateral,front raises-did these in a circuit
15-10,10,10
20-8,6,6
20-7,6,4


preacher curl raises with underhand grip
bar warmup
2 sets of 15 pounds on each side


By the end of this me and my buddy was worn out and he hadnt even completed all sets. He also could handle the weight like i could and hes been lifting same amount of time.


Ended with 2 miles of cardio then a nice shake when i got home

I will be adding one more workout to this log while on trenevol as today is my last day. but good thing is i have to do close to full body today as i will be skipping out on tommorow so we can see how it might be for someone doing this split.

Yea i realy love hitting the shoulders with arnold presses, deff one of my favorites shoulder moves. i finished up my trenevol on saturday and started pct yesterday. As of now no sides to report and mood is still extremly laid back and happy. usualy after a cycle you will feel very lethargic and maybe even a little moodier because of this. But as of now im still feeling realy good

Fri- tried a little split of chest/arms today because i couldnt workout sat so i hit them both hard on fri.

Was deff dead after this workout,and i did more than i intended to do which was good. I could tell i was loosing a little bit of power in the curls but then when i hit tri's it seemed to pick back up. I finished up the trenevol-v sat and started pct Sun. No sides to report and nothing but realy good workouts for me this cycle. hopefuly i keep the gains during pct

im taking pct max that thebigrigatoni sent me, jack3d toch'd when im not taking jack3d, fishoil,xtend and protein. basic stack, im not worried about keeping my gains im pretty sure i will

no not at all, i can honestly say i have had no ill effects besides a cold that lasted maybe a day at most. I cut carbs like crazy but still went up in weight without them their for the energy

Could someone please tell me why cycling this wouldn't be good at 17 years old.. couldn't I maybe do a cycle but half the doses ??
