Phil has an incredible physique, no doubt about it. However, I'm sure once Jay get's back in the gym and is training full on, he will be bigger than everyone else as usual in no time.

This is a good pic, a couple of things to note, Phil is wearing a workout top and could easily be pumped up after a big arms workout, Jay is in casual wear and does not look like he is pumped.

Also Jays head is much smaller than Phils, Phil does have sick forearms though, both Branch and Jay look to have no upper forearms compared to heath.

I was there when Phil showed up and I remained there (creepy?) for a good while, Phil and the men sat there and joked around and had fun with fans. If Phil had a pump, he never lost it, for two hours. Arms looked beefed from start to finish.
