Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series help please. REPPING.

I Took Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series for the first time this morning and I followed their instructions. They said to take only 1 pill twice a day for the first 3 days so I took 1 pill 30 minutes before having breakfast. Just like other users experienced, you're supposed to get alot of energy and have a warm sensation with your heart beat rising, but I didn't feel any of that. Is that normal? I feel like it's not working for me.

I'm like that. Wait until youre at full dosage. Until then try doing some cardio and see if you reach your target heart rate easier.

By full dosage, how many pills do you mean. 3 pills twice a day?

The full dosage is 2 capsules. You can take it 3 times a day, but you only need to take the full dosage once on an empty stomach and then judge your reaction 20-30 minutes later.

Hey OP -

Everyone responds to products differently, so I wouldn't be hitting the panic button just yet. We always advise people to start with the lowest possible dosage to assess their tolerance to the formula. So, there's a very distinct chance you'll respond better once you get into the two-cap range. Give it a full week or so and get back to me if you're still not responding the way you'd hoped.

Alright, I took one this morning 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach, so I guess ill follow the instructions, keep it a 1 pill 2 times a day for 3 days, then up it. Or do you think I should take 2 now?

Thanks for your reply Rob I waited a full year after hearing about the product because I was 17, now that I'm 18 i can take it hehe was my birthday yesterday. But do you think I should jump right now to two-caps twice daily, or stay on 1 cap twice daily for 3 days then take 2?

Fat burner supps have a varied reaction. If you're looking for those sides, then you could up your dosage to the maximal. However, just because you don't experience those sides does not mean the product is not working.

Definitely don't take more than recommended though

It's really up to you. If you've been dosing one cap and it's not hitting you as hard, then yeah, you can bump it up to two. But again, let your body be the judge, not some MuscleTech rep.
