    Do my macros seem right?

    Hey

    I read the sticky and i tried to calculate my macros and calories and came out with this: I'm 16.5 years old, 5 feet 7 inches and about 134lb.
    I lift weights 3 times per week, and do some kind of steady pace cardio 2 times a week.

    IMPORTANT TO SAY: I've always been a fat kid and overweight, i used to be the same height, but 190lb. So i lost weight and ended up where i am now. So just consider the fact that i gain fat easily and i'm really scared of gaining that damn fat again...
    My main goal now is to pack on as much lean muscle as possible while minimizing any fat gains.

    So i calculated with the sticky and got to:
    Calories To maintain weight: 2300
    Calories with 10% added: 2530

    Protein: 134g
    Carbs: 270-300g
    Fats: 55g

    Whats your opinion on these macros based on my goal and body type?

    Would suggest upping your fat intake and decreasing protein a tad bit (You don't need 1g/lb of bodyweight) or decreasing carbohydrates.

    I can up the fat intake

    any other opinions regarding carbs/protein?

    OP: I take back my post. Just eat as much as you can, at your age you shouldn't be worrying about macros and numbers.

    I told you i gain fat very easily and fast, so eating as much as i can isn't really an option

    FYI: Junk food is clean. Only fruits and vegetables tend to be dirty, but they can be part of a healthy diet. You just need to wash them before consumption.
