I read the sticky and i tried to calculate my macros and calories and came out with this: I'm 16.5 years old, 5 feet 7 inches and about 134lb.
I lift weights 3 times per week, and do some kind of steady pace cardio 2 times a week.
IMPORTANT TO SAY: I've always been a fat kid and overweight, i used to be the same height, but 190lb. So i lost weight and ended up where i am now. So just consider the fact that i gain fat easily and i'm really scared of gaining that damn fat again...
My main goal now is to pack on as much lean muscle as possible while minimizing any fat gains.
So i calculated with the sticky and got to:
Calories To maintain weight: 2300
Calories with 10% added: 2530
Protein: 134g
Carbs: 270-300g
Fats: 55g
Whats your opinion on these macros based on my goal and body type?
