    Working in the AM vs. PM?

    Just wondering when you guys workout, whether you like morning workouts or evening/night workouts. I personally can't workout in the morning. I find that all my lifts decrease dramatically so I stick with working out in the afternoon or evening.

    I generally train in the late afternoon/evening.

    Do whatever you want/whatever fits your schedule.

    Im much more of a morning workout guy, the gym is typically quiet and I can take my time without waiting for equipment.

    I find my strength in the afternoon is greater than in the morning - not sure why as I always eat before training.
