Ive been working out every other day with progressively heavier weigths which take a very long time to progress up, a nutritious diet high in protien everyday (1-2g of protien per pound), trying to keep my motivation up but I havent put on ANY MASS. Ive been using russian bear multivitamins, their 5000 calorie shake, force factors glutamine and their nitric oxide supplement. The last time I logged onto this forum was a year and half ago and I took everyones advice to not use prohormones/any anabolic agent and just stick to the regular way to gaining muscle mass and went so long doing that, that I forgot my original username to this site. I wish I didnt forget it because I'd love to say **** you and I told you so to all the people that said; "I gaurentee if you just have a high calorie diet of protien and carbs and stick to protein powders and multivitamins, you'll get some great gains". Ya bull****. From what I read nobody can recommend **** about anything, even PCT supplements. Seriously? Im just a 22 year old guy down on his luck, motivation, confidence and frankly very pissed at everyone who told me not to use prohormones and stick to excercise and a lot of eating. I dont know the exact rules of this site but can anyone tell me what POTENT prohormones or anobolics to use (without breaking the Terms of Service) or Ill even give you my damn email or phone number to avoid the ToS of this site so I can actually gain some confidence that Ive despertely wanted for so long. Any help would be great because Ive tried to make them work but regardless prove no gains only slight strength increases. Thanks for your time if you decide to help this desperate PH noob

Obviously I wrote a lot but if your read, the last time i used this site was a year and a half ago and i forgot the username password, hell even the emails password so ya one post. Besides im not going to go posting on other peoples threads and giving advice when I dont know **** so all my posts will be questions. You joined this month to so you cant really say **** bud. Its funny because I said in my first post that REGULAR excessive eating, high caloric/protein intake anywhere from 1-2g per pound of body weight each day (kinda hard to eat a lot when your small so getting even 2000 calories a day is a challenge especially around work) and excercise hasnt done a damn thing and that I wanted to say **** you back then to everyone thats now basically recommending the same thing they did basically two years ago so nothing anyones writing on this thread is of any help. I did my research, im getting superdrol. Got the list of supplements, PCT supplements/SERMS. Since no one is of use on this thread I suppose Ill play russian roulet with Superdrol

If you can't make gains without prohormones than taking them ain't going to assure gains either. That is for certain
I find it hard to believe that you are training hard and eating well...... And no gains. Maybe your expectations of what you think you should look like after two years is not realistic
