Killed legs today. Currently ~2.5 weeks out from my show. Was looking at some pictures of me when I started my cut up until now, my jaw dropped. I didn't realize the progress I've made until I saw those pictures. Fellow cutting brahs! Keep up the hard work and stay motivated and you will achieve your goals!

I feel sorry for all you fatties who have to cut.
BTW the bulking/cutting myth is the biggest in bodybuilding history in that people actually believe it. Its only useful for bodybuilders close to their genetic limit that have been training professionally for many years.
If you have been training less than 8 years bulking/cutting isn't necessary to build muscle, yet everyone still does it LOL what a joke.

why no cake brah?
just do a **** load of HIIT/cardio
if you're worried about eating too much junk food/carbs and waking up the next morning all bloated/fat, just do intense cardio and it all just gets burned away and you wake up the next morning looking the same :P
so enjoy your bday but work hard to play hard :P
at least that's what I'd do. i ****in love cake

higher volume stuff. i started having knee problems with doing low rep heavy weight that i wasn't comfortable with. I always try pushing heavy yet comfortable weight for 8-12 reps. that first picture was sometime early january around new years. so about 4 months.

Most of my base I added with bodybuilding routines. I was always a fairly cut 200 lbs from high school through college...then dieted down and got rid of some fat first semester of grad school and then did a pretty dirty bulk to 240 bodybuilding and then even fatter to 250 doing some PLing. I took some PH's here and there (about 4 years ago now) and can hold on to current mass easily without em (obviously), but when I try to get over 235 lbs or so anything I add is fat. Since that big bulk I cutted down to 220ish once and since then have bulked and cutted in 10-20 lb increments the last 1.5-2 years. Luckily I have learned enough about how my body responds to diets that I am keeping a lot of my mass on this cut.
