Hey gals!
Still in Hawaii!
Getting workouts in where I can, but so not stressing about it. Lots of fun in the sun is helping! I won't see a scale until I get back to AK. Still being kinda trippy to not be able to weigh in--but good, though.
It's being very much a healing time on many levels.
My mom got here a few days ago. We brought her over from NC for her 75th birthday. Good to have some time with her.
I DO miss my computer like mad. This typing thing is really working it for me...
Thanks for checking up on me! I'll be back in full swing all too shortly.

And we're back...
Can't say I'm glad to be out of HI, but NCAA basketball will pull me through March, and the rest is doable.
HI was a freaking. ass. blast!!! Ready to move there. But for real, the warmth made the old bod feel 20 years younger. Felt so damn good to move like that again! Got me hyper-motivated to get back at it. Still planning on sticking with the Spartacus-type work for a while. Still like it a lot, still WANT to do it, so there ya go.
Glad to be back among my peeps here! Will work to catch up on y'all.

Same - welcome to MARCH MADNESS !!
Good to have you back, Wolfs
I was talking about you the other day to someone who lives part time in Alaska and part time here - I was telling the story about your reindeer at your house and the snow up to the windows
Did you feel your ears buzzing
Right now it doesn't matter what the results will be.
Whats more important is that you test the waters. You share the story.. you add a different aspect to your recovery..
Leap and the net will appear..

Weighed for the first time today since Jan. 26. Dead even. Pretty amazing since I tracked not one thing, ate out a crap-ton, and didn't work out on my normal schedule. I felt lighter at times and larger at times, so I guess it all just evened out. Anyhow, I'm good with it. Traveling still isn't done. Several business trips until I go back to AK in a couple of weeks. Gonna try to be a bit more vigilant from here on out, especially after I get home to my own kitchen. Being in HI and the lower 48 has been so great, but I'm ready to get back. Best part about being out of AK (after not dealing with extreme cold) is shopping at Whole Foods. If anyone here has pull, see what you can do about getting them to Anchorage, OK? AK produce=cardboard, spendy cardboard. Thx.Those who do not move, do not notice their chains. Rosa Luxemburg
