I can honestly say, that I have been happier because I got to concentrate on my school work and goals. Saved A LOT of money.

I've been single for 24 years. I get hit on pretty routinely, and have had countless opportunities for gf's over the past few years, yet continually turn them down or push them away even though I'm attracted.

Honestly after my last relationship I just learned that the most important thing I could do was be happy with myself. Don't worry about other people until you are happy with yourself. No one is going to "fill in the missing piece" or be there for you more than yourself. Honestly I think it's very beneficial to casually date as many women as you can in your early 20s, find out what you really do and don't want in a relationship. You may think you know now but chances are you don't.

I'm single and I'm perfectly happy. I have a good relationship with my family, I'm healthy, I have a well paying job, and generally have nothing to complain about. I won't lie though, there is a part of me that does want that someone to love and to be loved back. The women worth any of that are few and far between though. So I don't dwell on it too much. If she comes along then great. If not, then I'm just going to keep on living life and enjoying it.
