Back from the dr. She says ANOTHER 4 weeks before I can do stuff! In 2 weeks I can go to the gym and be easy IF it doesn't hurt. I am going insane!!

The pain has returned! lol Seriously tho, it has. Stopped at Wal-Mart on the way back and that about killed me to walk thru there. Maybe she is right

At least I can still eat right. I have lost 10lbs in the last 6 weeks. And it's been over 2 weeks, so I think I can manage a few more. Maybe. I am hoping I can. Fingers crossed.
    peace & love,

There's nothing wrong with popcorn. Fit it into your calories/macros

Still trying to figure it out. I'm pushing my gut out instead of tightening my core. I do fine with warm ups & lighter weight but once I get to working sets, I focus more on getting low enough & forget to tighten up

Yeah, I'm with this scenario, or something akin to Girls Gone Wild. I'm figuring either way, you're a smart enough cookie to b*tch slap anyone who's motives are less than straight up.

SUCKS!!!! When my school-age kids were bringing home way too much junk, I started giving them wipes for their hands straight out of the pick-up line. They'd wash their hands the minute they walked in the door, and then I'd do a clorox wipe on every door knob, light fixture, door jamb, anything. And I'd wash my hand a million times a day. Get well soon.

Changing up your diet is the best thing ever! Good on you that you'll have that down by the time you can seriously lift again!

Try doing Front Squats. It makes you sit back and keep the form just from the way you have to hold the bar.

Adam Richman is my hero....I'd love to chow down at some of the spots he visits. But I'm on a different mission right now...shredsville....and I don't know how it happened but I weighed in at 212 this morning. And just about 10 days ago my body was jumping all around the 216 mark. Not complaining by any means...

I love the episodes where he eats really spicy foods. He is usually sweating profusely, crying and beet red haha. (kinda like me when i run)

The episode where he ate during Hell Night and had that pasta with the ghost chili was hilarious.
