Girl...take care! I know mine is moving in the direction of my lungs. I think I coughed up a lung at paddling practice yesterday.
Now THAT is a squat!!!! I wept openly as you went all the way to parallel--you just don't see that enough.
I do have a question about spotting squats. If the person is getting into trouble coming up, where are you helping them?

I just have to laugh a little.... this guy approaches me today and wants to do a photo shoot with me this weekend... I'm like "yeah, I'm thinkin NO!!!
How about when I get into shape more" ??? But he really wants to do it... So, what the heck?? We'l see what happens... Time for some BACK workout...

Back from the dr. She says ANOTHER 4 weeks before I can do stuff! In 2 weeks I can go to the gym and be easy IF it doesn't hurt. I am going insane!!
The pain has returned! lol Seriously tho, it has. Stopped at Wal-Mart on the way back and that about killed me to walk thru there. Maybe she is right
At least I can still eat right. I have lost 10lbs in the last 6 weeks. And it's been over 2 weeks, so I think I can manage a few more. Maybe. I am hoping I can. Fingers crossed.peace & love,

Yeah, I'm with this scenario, or something akin to Girls Gone Wild. I'm figuring either way, you're a smart enough cookie to b*tch slap anyone who's motives are less than straight up.
SUCKS!!!! When my school-age kids were bringing home way too much junk, I started giving them wipes for their hands straight out of the pick-up line. They'd wash their hands the minute they walked in the door, and then I'd do a clorox wipe on every door knob, light fixture, door jamb, anything. And I'd wash my hand a million times a day. Get well soon.
Changing up your diet is the best thing ever! Good on you that you'll have that down by the time you can seriously lift again!

Adam Richman is my hero....I'd love to chow down at some of the spots he visits. But I'm on a different mission right now...shredsville....and I don't know how it happened but I weighed in at 212 this morning. And just about 10 days ago my body was jumping all around the 216 mark. Not complaining by any means...
