I do 0 calories like every other day, works great. Massive weight loss and no strength loss. In fact, some of my lifts has been going up. My deadlift went up 35 lbs in 2 months while dropping 22 lbs in bodyweight, 380 to 415. My Bench as been stuck at like 280 for months tho, but that's to be expected since it's my most trained lift. Down to 19% BF now, looking forward those abs in a month or two. Just don't let too many people know about this secret, the protein supplement companies get mad.

Personally i wouldn't ever want to go any lower than 1900 cals/day nowadays I'd rather just bump up the cardio.
I've gone as low as 1600-1700 when i first lossed weight. It wasn't that hard because you don't know what your going to look like at the end of the journey and the results are motivating. I'd have a lot tougher time doin that now though.

I am now cutting on 2200 calories up from 2000 calories. I havent lost any weight on the scales for a while now. I am wondering if I should lower it a little bit more or just go by changes in the mirror?
I have also done some things that may distort my weight loss on the scales. I have recently re-introduced carbs and come off keto.
I have 3 weeks left on my cut before I go overseas. I am trying to get into the best shape I possibly can.
I found that on 2k cals I was hungry all the time and felt pretty bad. Not sure what to do... :SOfficial Nov 1st to Feb 1st Fat Loss Thread Weigh Ins:

5'10", 200 lbs, 20 years old. I'm currently cutting at 1450, losing about 2 lbs a week, give or take. I'm on the all pro linear progression full body routine and I'm still making gains because I'm a noob. If I had to guess I'd say I'm 25-30% still, I want to get down to 175. I started at 230. My macros are usually around 45g fat, 95g carbs, 160g protein.

I'll be honest, I don't eat more than 1000 cal a day. Even that would be a bit much.
Some people say it's bad, some say it's good; I don't care anymore. It's helping me get where I need to be, and once i'm there i'll fix my metabolism.**At a point in your life motivation will stop working, that is when you must learn how to discipline yourself.**

My big ass cuts at 2400 and to me that is low enough. Id rather cut at about 2900 but that would slow my progress (as Ive tested out). But summer is about 3 months away and I want to be beastly by summer lol.
6'6" crew. Just trying to go beastmode every day at the gym. Tall/Fit and to finally go under 238.
Favorite day: Leg Day
Worst day: Tricep/Chest (Long arms = bench sucks)

Gonna try going under 1k for 3-5 days, all protein/maybe some fats. Personal experience and research show it's effective and safe as long as it's fir a short period of time. Realisticallt I don't think any catabolic effects due to decreased, not missing entirely, caloric values don't occur for at least 72 hours
