What's a cheap beta-a and cit. mal. brand? (And why do you take such huge servings, ex. 10g and 12g)

Glad to have your support.
Check Pure Bulk.
Citrulline Malate
Beta Alanine
Creatine Gluconate
I rarely get any sides from any compounds, so I can make use of higher dosages directly before my workouts without feeling itchy or nauseous like most others would. The typical Preworkout dosages would be 2-3g Beta Alanine, 2.5g Creatine, 3-4g Citrulline Malate.

Just took a few measurements. Chest is up 1.5" to 50.5"; arms are down a 1/4" to 17.75"; quads gained 1" up to 28" - everything else remained the same.
Weight is still holding at 245 at an estimated 13% bf
Did some ab work and hit the stationary bike for 40mins. Contemplating some squats later on or not.Last edited by strangeclouds; 01-23-2012 at 02:30 PM.

First things first, Diet comes first. Perfect your diet to meet your needs (cutting, bulking, recomping, maintaining). First diet, then training. For training, just stay dedicated, and try to lift eod. 5 x 5 imho is the best way to go, especially if you're going to make use of full body workouts. If you can get AT LEAST 15 reps at any given weight with in the first 3 sets (be sure not to skip out on sets 4 and 5), I'd recommend moving up the weight 2.5lbs for your next workout. It may seem like a small increment to move up, but if you're working out every other day, assuming everything went perfect you could potentially add 35lbs to your lifts every month!
That said, my diet has been off the past few days. So far today, I've only had 800calories on the dot. Over 700 of which were from protein. So I'm likely gonna drop a few lbs very quickly over the next few days.

Hard work and dedication got me to where I am today, not cycling.
After I hit 415 on bench at 18yo naturally and raw, I wanted to take my training up a few notches. I'm far from my prime, but I did a few prohormones when I was 19 and 20 which lead to a serious injury that took me out of the game for a year. Then I did an AAS cycle when I was 21. Got back up to a double bodyweight bench (475 @ 230) at 22yo, but stopped lifting when my exfiancee cheated and left me - 8mos later I got back into it, and now here I am 7wks back into training at 23yo.
To gain a lb a wk you'd need a caloric surplus of at least 500 calories, so in your case, at least 3100 calories. Though I'd recommend bumping it up only 250-300, 400 at the most. The way things tend to work out, if an individual gains mass very quickly, it means their caloric surplus is high and they'll tend to have a higher amount of fat gain with their muscle. Slow and steady, with a caloric surplus of around 250calories will yield much leaner gains.
