    Critique my Diet (reps)

    Goal: Weight loss.

    I'm trying to find a way to get more fruits/ veggies into my diet, and also how to make the prep time as efficient as possible, any recommendations would be highly appreciated, thanks guys.



    Meal 1: 1/2 cup of oats + 4 eggs

    600 cal - 25g fat, 58g carbs, 34g protein

    Meal 2: 1 cup of 2% cottage cheese
    1 cup of 0 fat Silhouette Yogourt

    300 cal - 5g fat, 27g carbs, 38g of protein

    Meal 3(Post workout): 1 scoop of protein powder + 1 large banana

    230 cal, 2g fat, 33g carbs, 21g protein

    Meal 4/5: 2 cups of brown rice, 16 oz chicken, 2 cups of broccoli

    850 cal, 7g fat, 92g carbs, 97g protein

    Totals: ~2000 cal, 40g fat, 210g carbs, 190g protein.

    also: i'm 6'0 195-200, ~25% bf.

    Used to be 250+ @ 40-50% bf several years ago.

    forgot to mention that I was 15 y.o at the time.

    I was morbidly obese before bro.

    lost about 70 pounds of fat in 6 months, got down to 170, no muscle with loose skin.

    Bulked up to 200, now i'm starting a cut again.

    By meal 4/5 do you mean you eat 1 c rice 1 c broccoli 8 oz chicken for meal 4 and then the same for meal 5? If so I think it looks pretty good. How lean we're you in your avi?

    I was probably 16-18% there, strong lighting and angles etc.

    my maintenance calories is between 2600-2700, and in that case, i'll probably toss in a handful of almonds as a snack as well.

    any ideas for how to add more veggies into my diet?

    lol yeah eat more veggies! How are you cooking your eggs in the morning? I always make a spinach or bell pepper omelette. Snack on some baby carrots, PB & celery.. Use your imagination! I personally love making a big salad with lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato.. Throw some ham & hard boiled eggs on it with ranch!

    Also, if you're looking for volume, green beans are 40 calories for a cup.
