Goal: Weight loss.
I'm trying to find a way to get more fruits/ veggies into my diet, and also how to make the prep time as efficient as possible, any recommendations would be highly appreciated, thanks guys.
Meal 1: 1/2 cup of oats + 4 eggs
600 cal - 25g fat, 58g carbs, 34g protein
Meal 2: 1 cup of 2% cottage cheese
1 cup of 0 fat Silhouette Yogourt
300 cal - 5g fat, 27g carbs, 38g of protein
Meal 3(Post workout): 1 scoop of protein powder + 1 large banana
230 cal, 2g fat, 33g carbs, 21g protein
Meal 4/5: 2 cups of brown rice, 16 oz chicken, 2 cups of broccoli
850 cal, 7g fat, 92g carbs, 97g protein
Totals: ~2000 cal, 40g fat, 210g carbs, 190g protein.

lol yeah eat more veggies! How are you cooking your eggs in the morning? I always make a spinach or bell pepper omelette. Snack on some baby carrots, PB & celery.. Use your imagination! I personally love making a big salad with lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato.. Throw some ham & hard boiled eggs on it with ranch!
