I work out at the 24 hour fitness off of kent kangley. Good gym. It was a toss up between LA fitness and 24, 24 won because of the towel service, lots of stair climbers, and its open 24 hours (no, I dont work there, lol).Originally Posted by Deception

my family has a restaurant out on meridian like a mile from, Sunny Teriyaki at 131st and meridian. you should check it out, they have chicken breast and brown rice there. i lift at VQ as well, but mainly the tacoma location.

Moving to Seattle..
I'll be moving to washington from Hawaii in the next year or so. Probably Lacey area I believe. Any good hardcore gyms? How about MMA gyms? Would love to make friends prior.

Really nice city. For what it's worth, in polls of Major League Baseball players Seattle is consistently voted as the #2 or #3 favorite city to play in on road games. And that's from a bunch of spoiled millionares who have been all across the country. Summers have awesome weather, every other month than that it kinda sucks though.
