Watching the current HRT vids pump me the hell up and makes me anxious to get in the gym again! Makes me want to go harder. It also helps me correct my form.
On a side note, I know watching the vids to come from the contest will drive me that much more. Really looking forward to see what everyone has to offer!

Ive been having my wife push down during the partial and holding that pressure on the positive as well, then on the full rep i have her press down even harder all the way to my chest (as an example) then she releases and i pres up.. repeat. Should she not be pressing even harder on the full decent rep? I really like it, i feel it big time.

ahhh... ok, i see what ive been doing wrong now. I do the 8 reps, then the partial neg and partial pos then the full neg but my wife doesnt help me lift it back up, i do that. She helps with all of it but that but i can see the benefit of her helping me bring it back up so that i can get a full contraction. Lesson learned.

Awesome video RAGE. All my exercises are going fantastic but pull downs are still pissin me off. It is VERY hard to fully squeeze and contract the muscle on the partials. Seems the weight plus the pump is to much and i cant bring it all the way down. I had to drop the weight all the way to 90 fkn pounds today so that i could get a full squeeze on each HellCentric rep.
