A few of my friends said yes, and I read a couple of articles online saying the same thing. Something about it being bad for the digestion and decreases your metabolism? Can anyone confirm this?

It's a little known fact that Watermelon is actually one of the deadliest fruits in all of history specifically for this reason.
That's also why raccoons and fish have such short lifespans.
Ok, joking aside Ahmed. Don't worry about water with food, most food has lots of water in it, and there is no credible information that would suggest it's an actual concern. You can now use all these bad jokes on your friends when they say stuff like that.
Cheers

Holy crap, every single soup and stew in the world will destroy your workouts.
Especially if you have it after 6pm.Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

If I was a female, and happened to swing the other way, and was 20 years younger, I would totally have a crush on you for years.
Yes op, think of other foods that have fluids/water and make a logical, common sensical conclusion. Otherwise enjoy your beef jerky and dried fruit goals of 2012.2 time survivor of The Great Misc Outages of 2022

Yes never drink water... it will slow your metabolism if even a drop of it mixes with food anywhere in your stomach or intestines and your thyroid hormone production will grind to a halt... then you will have a heart attack and die due to excessive water/fluid build up in your heart and lungs. Water intoxication is very real and kills people... google it. (not srs)
OP did you really just ask this? Normally when people say "there is not such thing as a stupid question" in this case they would be wrong.
