Decent lift. The main thing taking away from it is the bouncing and hip thrusts. Try not doing that. You'll get less reps, but your chest will get much more stimulation and growth.

strong wide grip is strong, bring the grip in slightly and keep your ass on the bench but keep the curve in the lower back. Good job on keeping the shoulder blades clenched and stuck on the bench

My advice, keep your butt on the seat, and don't bounce so much, I mean if it works for you (the bouncing) go for it, but keep butt on the bench, and the bouncing might ruin your form set up because you shift all over the place. But if you control it enough it doesn't ruin form keep it up, but keep the ass on the seat.

Other than that, good lift imo, you'll get that 10 reps man.

Op that was terrible, don't get me wrong, pretty strong for your size, but I would guess if you were to actually bench you would only get 2.5 plates a side for 8 proper reps.

Try not to take your ass off the bench with each lift, have zero bounce at the bottom...and finally slower the negatives.

If your ego can take lowering the weight...you'll progress big time over 4-6 months.
