    Interested in this. I'm a big fan of Agmatine and I'm about to cycle off stims, so this should do the trick for me.

    I also took the time to read some studies on alpha-hydroxyisocaproic acid, and it shows great promise to increase LBM and reduce DOMS.

    Just liked the ******** page! But I have recently started using Pumpbol by Thermolife which is nitrate based and I've recently been hearing about how agmatine may be a close competitor to nitrates in terms of pumps and performance. I really like pumpbol and would be interested to see if agmatine really can beat this out and would be an interesting contest so to speak. Lately I haven't really been able to check out many supplements as I've been tight for cash. Regardless, I've been reading a bit more on agmatine and it definitely has made me interested in trying it!

    All throughout high school I never really understood how to lift. I would go to the weight room every day and accomplish next to nothing. i found this site over the summer (going into my freshmen year of college, this year) and read it religiously. i finally decided to join the other day and have used any supplements besides for protein. I am now training harder than ever the RIGHT away and I'm truly addicted. I would give an HONEST review coming from someone who truly has no expectations and does not know what to expect. I have learned to eat the right way and train the right way, and man has it made a different. I liked on ********, and would love nothing more than the opportunity to try out this product!!

    Relatively new the the forum. Came across this thread, and thought I might be a good fit for the log.

    I am currently in my final year of college and hoping to pack on some muscle before the warm weather returns. I workout with a buddy of mine 5 times a week and recently we have kicked up the intensity of these workouts. One side affect of the intensity change has been an increase in soreness, and long recovery times. I currently am only taking a whey protein and putting a large focus on a balanced nutrition. Very interested to see what Protovol can do for me when added to the mix.

    If chosen to log Protovol, I will provide honest and insightful feedback daily.

    The label says 90 servings (180 caps), so wouldn't 3x servings/day (6 caps) still be 30 days at the full recommended dosage.

    I'm considering registering for the Tough Mudder challenge in June so that means I need to start doing MORE CARDIO, especially running. I should be doing more cardio as I have a lot of fat to lose but cardio just isn't fun.

    I think Protovol would benefit me because it would help me keep the little bit of muscle I do have and hopefully gain some muscles even though I will be increasing cardio. the recovery aspect of this product catches my eye. Sometimes I like to eat real food after my workout instead of a protein shake but I always feel more DOMS in the following days with a whole food meal, I love the sore feeling but makes it hard to do cardio after leg day when your legs are screaing at you.



    training program will be as but change days to wednesday thursday saturday and sundays


    cardio will be at least 5 times a week varying between HIIT and LISS
    more ab work will be done usually 2-3x per week
    just finished the first 4 weeks on this plan at 8-12 reps per workout


    If chosen
    I will log at least 5x a week but will probably post something everyday
    Provide before and after pictures and measurements
    Entertain you with my people of the gym

    Definitely willing to try out this new product. Did some small research on the ingredients and it looks like something that works right on the first dosage.

    Why you should pick me:

    I guess i'll put myself out there.

    Currently ending a minicut soonish and looking for something to help ease my way into a bulk.

    my current weight is around 188lbs. down from about 195lbs

    Current training is 4-5x a week of lifting with 3-4x a week of cardio mixed in.

    I can post up start and finish photos as well.

    Current supplements are just Multi, whey, fish oil, presurge and BCAAs.

    Wow I have actually been checking out your website for weeks and even emailed you guys about the product because I was so interested!(No response lol)

    and then today I decide to checkout the promotions thread and see this! Its definitely a sign I should enter to log.
