Fully understand that. However, I doubt they would surface to have a physical confrontation against the cartel. So what real harm comes to them? How many times have scandals been blown open only to result in a lot of nothing in America. Those guys are in Mexico, they run the government. I doubt they will punish themselves.

From what I've heard and read everyone knows who's who in Mexico, so releasing information doesn't seem like any type of threat.

This.. I'm pretty sure its well known whos involved with what. that's not the problem. the problem is they have become so big and powerful theres nothing that can be done about it. basically they might release the info and a couple small timers get shot at their houses changing absolutely nothing. These people they are directing this toward are hard core criminals that are probably laughing at this video. Most of them probably don't even care if their information is released. Their attitude is probably "bring it on" they don't give a fuk.

Just like to point out also even if this information is released the government can't just flood the names released and arrest them because some nerds on the internet said they are involved with the cartel. They have to investigate and blah blah blah. Once again information isn't whats lacking. They are lacking resources to deal with how big and powerful these cartels have gotten. Releasing information will do absolutely nothing.
