How is it false advertising. The buyer knows it is a replica because
1) The site has the word replica in it, and states that all items are replicas unless stated.
I'm not branding them as authentic and selling them as replicas...
Basically the item would say
"Ray Ban Aviator Replica"
the buyer cant go "derp derp i bought "Oakley Oil Rig Replica" from "Replica.com", but they turned out to be fake"

Alright, so I have a noob question.
Let's say I'm only really interested in affiliate marketing, meaning I'm not interested in making a site/blog to write reviews or anything like that. All I have to do is make landing pages right? In that noob guide in the OP it said to go decide what kind of site I want to make, and go make it. Why do I have to do that if all I want to do is sell other products, or am I missing something major here?
Can I just sign up with an affiliate network, then choose an offer, make ads on FB/google/msn etc. and then make a landing page where people sign up/buy from?

Got a reply today from GameFly - they initially rejected my application for affiliation, however I emailed them and essentially told them what an opportunity they were missing out on. They emailed me today to ask for my CJ.com ID so they could accept my application.

How about you hit up Google and search US Copyright/Replica/Fake laws and do your research. It is illegal to sell items that are replicas. You're profiting off of someones trademarked items. Yes people get away with it everyday but there are also people getting sued big time that think "it will never happen to me." I haven't read the laws in a while but you may be fine as long as you don't include the brand names in there when describing them anywhere, like Oakley, etc; and the fakes cannot have the real company's logo anywhere on it. Otherwise you are using their "authority" name/logo and image to sell your product which is a fake/replica.

Be careful of the sites you use to do domain research, they save a log of every domain and some of the sites will pick out the best ones for themselves. GoDaddy does this sort of, they buy the high end domains and have them in their "auction place" and usually ask over $1k per domain.

It seems like Google rolled out another Algo. update, or to specify: Panda 2.6 is upon us!
Three of my well earning sites got hit hard, very hard and lost rankings for all respective keywords - this means from Top3 position to out of the Top50. Guess we'll have to wait how the update turns out, as it's still in the implementation phase. Right now the process appears to be very random..

Fuuuuu never did any work to my site, been paying for the domain since March, haven't touched it at all basically since I bought it. Have ideas for content, articles bookmarked, people willing to do interviews, etc. Just laziness/busy with school now, hopefully over Winter Break I can get srs with it. Also need to make youtube vids and ****, have all these ideas but not putting them to work, need to learn wordpress and find a background. Technically you don't even need a landing page, just the CPA link. You can post that on twitter, forums etc. and make money without ever making a website of any kind if that's the way you wanted to do it.
Having a website has a bunch of benefits though like bringing traffic in from search engines, having repeat traffic that might buy multiple products through your aff links etc.
But some aff networks won't accept you without a website
Holy shyt 2.6 is here already? 2.5 update was September 28th so this would be the shortest time between updates yet if true.
