one month in, making some very noticeable progress.
Lifting 4-5 days a week. never back to back days of the same muscle group
Diet consists of whatever the dining hall is serving.. which is working so far
-usually about 6-8 eggs + potatoes + sausage/bacon for breakfast
-either turkey sandwiches or double cheeseburgers throughout the day
-LOADS of cottage cheese
~end of august
taken yesterday
couple pounds gained, i'll include my legs next month. they're lagging a bit. Lifts are all going up steadily though
