I'm looking for the best most potent supplement to clean out my digestive system. I don't care if the product requires me to stay within 2 feet of the toilet for 24 hours after taking it, I just want something that's going to be effective. I tried "The Cleaner" a few weeks ago and it didn't really do much, gave me a small emission that looked like the content of the capsules plus some water, but I would like something that's the equivalent of flossing with a toilet brush. Is there anything OTC that would work or am I looking at something "prescription strength"?
Oh and I'm feeling a tad bit generous so if you do have something that works, and it works for me, it may benefit you too.

I guess since you're 22 then I can forgive the fact that you don't understand that as you age, your body becomes less efficient. I mean the whole idea of supplements must be foreign to you since the body generally adapts to whatever you throw at it right? If your body didn't build muscle after a workout without a post workout supplement then it wouldn't be efficient right?
I'm looking for something to help my body recover from the years of poor eating, that is all, not a cycle of bro-science one-upmanship, but thanks for your input.

Me neither, but sadly that's not the only supplement that I've tried that I don't find to my liking. I have 5 lbs of Vanilla ON Whey that I've only taken 2 servings of, some some protein bars that I've grown tired of, some energy gel stuff that I've had for awhile. I guess my digestive system isn't the only thing I need to clean out. I typically give this stuff to some co-workers that I work with, but I work at a different company now and I can't imagine any of my new co-workers hitting the gym (median age has to be at least late 60s).

Fiber helps clear out the digestive tract so instead of recommending a supplement I'd say start eating alot more fiber.

Garden of Life detox kit works well, I usually run it 2 or 3 times a year. It takes 10 days to complete, after the 4th day you will be pretty cleared out, we will leave it at that

"The Cleaner" was a 7 day kit. Near the end of the dosing, it really started to really hit me but I don't know if it did what I was hoping it would do. What I want is something to help me break down food better, help me absorb nutrients better, and just give me a better overall digestive system. I figure over the years I haven't been too kind to my digestive system and was looking for something to help it run smoother (pun intended).

Ah, digestive system...
Gut health is one of the top options out there. I've heard florativia mentioned as well. Fiber is a constant. I don't know how those probiotic drinks work, but maybe you can try them as well. (Danactive, Yakult, etc.)
Maybe some digestive enzymes can help as well.Everything looks better with flames.
I only use 100% cGMP Powercage. It's protein, creatine and multi all in one. Still missing the fish oil though.

I just finished off a bottle of Gut Health and I didn't really notice anything special. I'd say the 7 day stuff that I took a few months ago was a little more potent but still didn't feel like it did the job. I guess I'll try Florativia next. Maybe I should just try regular aloe vera juice.
Thanks again for the input I was hoping Gut Health was going to do it for me.

I hope I don't have any lingering effects from a bout of really bad food poisoning I had several years ago. I've had about 2-3 different antiviral and anti-bacterial prescriptions prescribed to me since then. I'm thinking your right especially since I also have had ulcers in the past. I just hate spending my money on them only for them to tell me that I need to change my diet or as one doctor once told me that it's just allergies.
