Thoughts
Pretty good workout, especially since I hit Biceps yesterday and they were still feeling a bit tight this morning. *Really happy to be deadlifting again, although I had to stop short of my 8 rep target on my final set as I felt I was starting to use too much lower back.*
One thing I've noticed since starting Prometheus Rising is some very vivid dreams (a sign of good REM), and a solid 8-10 hours of sleep. *Definitely a plus when trying to gain some muscle back (rest is good...quality rest is even better).*

Day 10
Took 6 capsules on an empty stomach, 45 minutes before a large breakfast
Boxing
5 sets of...
-Shadow boxing with 5 lb dbs
-Heavy bag work
-Jump Rope
3 minute rounds on each exercise (had the ring timer and everything)
1 minute rest after each cycle
Stability ball crunches, alternating between straight up, to the right, to the left etc.
3 sets of 100
Thoughts
Still feeling good here, boxing is a great full body workout, and really helps get some aggression out after a tough day/week. Plus, when was the last time you saw a fat boxer?

Thoughts
Did basically the same workout as last week, except added one more rep to the military press, and 5 more on bw dips! Have to admit that I was cheating a bit on the 40lb side lateral raises, I was just so pumped from the prior two exercises that I thought for sure I could handle them.

Legs
TRX Suspension Training Leg Circuit
Thoughts
Decided to do one more of this TRX Leg Circuits. I would post the entire workout, but it's hard to describe in detail...you can get a better idea of the types of movements involved on the website below. It's really all about building stability and balance, something I lost over the past few months following my knee injury. Felt great though, so I plan on getting back to a more weight bearing based leg workout next week.

Been out of town for the past week so have a few updates backed up...luckily I was able to get each and every workout in on the road (good ones too!) Nothing new to report though, feel like a broken record but strength, motivation, and sex drive all remain strong. Think my beard is coming in a bit thicker and darker as well. Good stuff!
