Does it work for him? Yes. Is it at an optimal rate? NO. Last time I checked, scooby said fats will make you fat. Also, I'm pretty sure Scooby isn't Natty. His workouts are horrible, and I think he claimed he could DB fly over 100 lbs when Franco Columbo couldn't even do that.*

But yeah man, I agree with you about scooby. Guy has no clue what he's talking about.. a lot of the stuff he says is flat out wrong.

OP, it looks like a pretty good routine:
Hitting muscles twice in a 7 day time frame (which I don't really agree is necessary.. but it's a popular opinion on these forums so yeah).
Good frequency, but it gives you around 5 days rest.. which means you can add a bit more volume too it as well.
Try it out bro.
