Another vote for Arnold, like his chest, they are still the best. Can you imagine
what they'd look like in today's game? Beyond all others.
And I'm with a couple others, Paul Demayo had the ultimate tris that I wish I had.
Perfect combination of being huge and carved out of stone with amazing detail.

biceps - Priest/Arnold/Ruhl(seriously look at the size of those things)
triceps - DeMayo/Levrone
overall - Preist his bis are nutts, tri are good and his forearms not even popeye can come close
and some consideration for the future just look at Heaths, i know he still has alot to prove but damn they are big and cut kinda remind me of levrone.deadlift - 500lbs (want to get to 600lbs)
squat - 365lbs (need to get better)
overhead press - 275lbs (my form sucks)
bench - 315+lbs (I don't care about bench)

I would say Levrone probably had the best overall arms. His biceps weren't the best of all time but they probably had the best insertions, and his triceps and delts are probably top 3-5 all time.
If you are looking at biceps and triceps individually I'd say Coleman for biceps and demayo for triceps.
