    Anyone Use Fat Callipers?

Was curious if anyone has them and takes the measurements themselves, or if it isn't worth it/accurate. Thanks!

I use 'em, but I don't bother plugging in the measurements anymore to calculate %BF, because I don't think these results are very accurate. I just track measurements for progress (e.g., if I drop a couple mm's off my suprailiac measurement, I'm getting leaner).
