my run time was a minute slower per mile this week than last on Monday. As it turns out, I now feel i am getting strep, did not exercise yesterday, and am not going to today I think. just got over some bad stuff a couple weeks ago. I cant get over a run of having the funk.
on a bright side, I travel and my work took me to Green Bay and I got to do my run around Lambeau Field. Thought that was kinda cool.

sure. I remember being stuck at 210 for over a month. Woke up one morning at 200.
11 days is nothing. Fat loss isn't linear.
Divest yourself from you, imagine somebody posted the following "I am 6'7" 205 pounds, I have been stalled for 11 days eat 2000 calories. I am going to drop to 1500 calories with a liquid diet" You would tell them that that's retarded.
If anything, have a cheat day, or go out drinking.

I agree with nlite, don't do this. Its stupid.
Try switching up your macros. Try doing a carb-refeed. Try eating more calories for a week or two.
You don't have a ton of muscle mass.
You NEED to take measurements at set intervals for times like this. When is the last time you took measurements?Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

Well, start taking and logging measurements every two weeks. That way if you experience another stall you can check your measurements in two week intervals to see if you are making progress. Sometimes you'll see that your body is shrinking despite the scale weight remaining static.

4 days of the scale not changing...
Drank some whiskey last night...
2 lbs down today! Finally saw 249, finally in the lower half of the 200s for the first time in ~7 years.
Even had a real good day in the gym yesterday too. Gained back a little strength I lost last month by not hitting the gym consistently enough.
And this morning a coworker said I'm looking younger. Too bad I got my braces off last year or maybe I could pass for a teenager again. Ha!Highest, 2008 --- 325 lbs
March 16 2011 --- 302.5 lbs
April 16 2011 ------ 282 lbs
May 16 2011 ------- 274 lbs

July 16 2011 --------- 252 lbs

Sometimes you have to step outside yourself, and look.
You are eating 2000 calories a day, at your size, unless you are a wizard, you are losing fat.
I eat around 2000 calories a day. I am 30 pounds lighter and 6 inches shorter and doing next to zero cardio at the moment. Fat is coming off. I don't have some sort of super metabolism or anything either.

I know there will be a bunch of naysayers on this, but so far its working for me.
I decided to do a major push on cut this week. I've cut calories down to around 1000-1200, primarily proteins and pounding water like crazy (about 1.5-2 gal a day) and my eating patterns are similar to an IF type eating pattern. Usually eating a 6 eggwhite/veggie omlette and coffee for breakfast with 2 OEP tablets, a cup of tuna or chicken salad for lunch and at night i might have a yogurt or a couple hb eggs/cottage cheese an hour or so before bed. I don't really snack, but if i do, its generally hb eggs and occasionally peanutbutter on a thin bagel
I'm hitting the tread mill (commerical gym treadmill) 2-3 times a day for about 30 -45 mins per shot. When I do the tmill i never go below 3.1 mph, or 3.2 incline. (20 min. mile) I've been employing sort of an ad-hoc HIIT type program while on the tmill. I alternate between that as my lowest, and go to an average of 4.5mph at a 3.5 incline for 'bursts' averaging about 1 minute, then when i slow the speed to catch my breath, I raise the incline up to about 6 all the way to 10.5 but still never go below 3.1 so calories burned stay up. According to the tmill's calculations i'm averaging 1200-1500 cals burned per hour, so i usually burn off about 550 or so per session (tmill gives an end of session report). This is taking place in the garage where it's about 90+ (no ac) and im sweating like a fricken hog. That speed and incline may not sound like all that much to some of the lighter people in here, but I'm not one of the lighter people in here. A fat boy like myself running for that time is a big deal..well to me anyway. Usually those 'bursts' go until I'm just about starting to dry heave.
as of this morning I've dropped 6lbs since monday morning's weigh in. Yeah, i know its mostly water, don't pee pee on my parade.
I took tape measurements at the beginning of the week and plan on taking them at the end of the week to document progress, but so far i can feel a difference in my quads and calves and my other half says that overall she can tell a difference.
