Thanks man. I'm tryin to win an entire stack from those guys with the I-Load review contest. I'm not sure if it is the I-Load or the increased carbs during Pre that is causing the pumps, but the pumps are crazy. I'm with you on the CONCRET dosing. I'm sticking to 2 scoops cuz I want it to last. I'm probably gonna get in on the buy 1 get 1 free tomorrow. I think Pineapple is in my future.
Loving the volume as usual on your back and bi's. Those hammer curl #'s are INSANE! I really liked the Hyperextensions today. Next time I'll go up to a 50# DB. I really like it. Legs feel completely blown up afterward and I don't have to stack hundreds of pounds on my spine to get that feeling.
No order, Eric from BSN wanted me to log it with AminoX. It's been about 3 weeks now and still haven't gotten it. I've talked to some of the others who were supposed to get it too, but there's hasn't came in either.
Too many reps is the point! It's pretty exhausting. It's really the only option for me with my seriously bad back issues. Just can't squat heavy weight.
The weight isn't necessarily supposed to go up, but after I got up to set 6, I figured I was doing them two easily, so I threw 2 more plates on. Next week I'll start with 10 plates after a warm up set.
The GVT program I saw gave you two options. You could superset or not. It was up to the lifter. I prefer the supersets because the workouts go much quicker.

dberrong: Are your plans to stack con-cret and NO-Xplode. Those both contain creatine and they're both pre-workout supplements (right?). You don't think that'll be too much creatine and caffeine? Does con-cret contain caffeine?

RB answered this pretty well. CONCRET is simply Creatine with a kick. It does NOT have caffeine. Sorta like Green Mag is just a creatine for Controlled labs. CONCRET just seems to benefit me more than the other creatine products that I've taken. AND, the blue razz and Pineapple tastes so freakin GOOD!!!!
