The bacon i have has no trans fat and 7 grams total. It is my understanding that trans fat is the only one that is bad for your health. So with good fats, protein, relatively low calories why is it considered bad?
I think its based on the misconception that eating fat makes you fat or unhealthy.
so what do you think?
