I have ok status arms, and my arms are small as **** and I have never really seriously done any isolation for them and I'm a manlet.
Gotta build them up, to maybe he lifts territory.

This. Only saving grace is that my arms are not FREAKISHLY long (sort of short for my height), so it looks meh.
I'm not doing it wrong. I'm just a former fatass man. I'm having to recomp my whole physique. I've done pretty well for 4 months and some change...but the above poster is right. 20's on me would be respectable.
Here, I'll quote my AVI so it looks better and you can judge for yourself.
To me, that just looks average.RMFTOTA! Living in a Saban nation!!

16.5s here, but that was as of 4-5 months ago...we're tall, so it will never look like we lift. you want 20s and I will be good with some 18s-19s. I've been doing some drag curls in my arm workouts and they've been looking kinda swole lately. Imma have to measure them soon
New York Football Giants, New York Knicks, New York Yankees, and if I followed hockey, it would be the New York Rangers.....bet you can't guess where i'm from

You guys measure flexed cold or after a workout or what is your method?
What do I fear?
I fear stagnation and lack of progress.
I fear never reaching my potential and being average.
I fear being forgotten..The past..Yesterday's news.
I fear giving up and being passed by, going softly into that good night.
I fear settling, giving in to the "that's just the way it is" mindset.
I fear not feeling these fears anymore and just floating along.
These fears feed me, they nourish my drive.
I love my fear

Yeah bro. I'm a pretty weak dude. Some of those lifts have increased because I don't update my lifts, but they are still nothing spectacular. I just hit a 405 dead, and a 260 bench...which for a guy my size is weak compared to a LOT of Miscer's I see. But yeah, that's the good thing about me...I'm on the endo/meso side, so it's going to look like I lift even if I really don't.
That's why I don't train for aesthetics; I train for strength. But thanks brah. Repped.RMFTOTA! Living in a Saban nation!!

Yeah dude my shoulders are broad as phuck. If I ever got to a 32 waist, I'd look like an upside down triangle.
You're right. I eat on such a massive caloric deficit to try and get a smaller waist. Forearms came with territory; as a drummer if you practice, they get strong fast.RMFTOTA! Living in a Saban nation!!
